These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 24 takabet platform and all services under it. By browsing the site, registering an account, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted all the terms described below.

24 takabet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms. It is therefore recommended that you re-read this page before each session.

1.1 Age Requirement

To participate in any casino and betting activity on 24 takabet, you must be at least 21 years of age. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID as proof of age. Any account belonging to a minor or a person under 21 will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

1.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, the same mobile number, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended and bonus benefits will be cancelled.

1.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, date of birth, mobile number, and other details provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. Incorrect or false information may delay the account verification process and put withdrawals on hold.

1.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you notice unauthorised access or suspicious activity, contact the support team immediately. Allowing anyone else to access your account is not permitted.

2.1 Deposit Terms

24 takabet currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Once a deposit is confirmed and the balance is added to your account, you may place bets.

2.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

2.3 Account Verification

Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed. A copy of your national ID card or passport may be requested. Failure to submit the required documents may delay the withdrawal process.

2.4 Fraud Prevention

If unusual transactions or suspected fraud are detected on an account, 24 takabet reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals from that account. Once the investigation is complete, the account will be restored if a satisfactory explanation is provided.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

3.2 Other Promotional Offers

• Weekly 24 takabet Reload: 50% of deposit, up to ৳8,000, wagering requirement 18x, minimum deposit ৳300. Can be claimed once per week on any working day.
• Cricket Festival Bonus: 30% of deposit, up to ৳5,000, wagering requirement 15x, minimum deposit ৳300. Can be claimed once per match day before placing bets on any cricket event.
• Weekend Slot Fun: 40% of deposit, up to ৳6,000, wagering requirement 20x, minimum deposit ৳300. Applicable for slot game bets on weekends only.
• Birthday Special Gift: up to ৳2,000, wagering requirement 10x. Can be claimed once during the registered birthday month only.
• Refer a Friend Reward: up to ৳1,500, wagering requirement 8x. Can be claimed once after each new friend successfully registers and makes a deposit.

3.3 General Bonus Rules

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawals from a bonus balance are not possible until the specified wagering requirement has been met. Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time. 24 takabet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

3.4 Bonus Abuse

Using low-risk or strategic bets (such as opposing bets or arbitrage) to meet wagering requirements is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

4.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game or betting market and are displayed on the platform. Separate limits may apply when betting from a bonus balance.

4.2 Technical Errors

If the internet connection is lost during a game or a technical issue occurs, the data stored on 24 takabet's servers will be considered final. 24 takabet reserves the right to void any bet based on odds or payouts that are clearly erroneous.

4.3 Results and Dispute Resolution

For sports betting, the official competition result is final. If you have an objection to a result or settlement, you must notify the support team within 72 hours of the payout being processed. Complaints raised after this period may not be accepted.

4.4 Collusion and Fraud

Coordinating between multiple accounts (collusion) to obtain bonuses or winnings, automated betting using bots, and any other fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed.

5.1 VIP Levels

The 24 takabet VIP programme has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Progression to higher levels is achieved through regular betting and gaming.

5.2 Weekly Cashback Rates

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold level member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback.

5.3 Changes to VIP Benefits

24 takabet may review and change the VIP benefits structure at any time. Registered members will be notified if changes are made.

Involvement in any of the activities listed below is strictly prohibited:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity
• Playing using bots, scripts, or automation software
• Attempting to interfere with the site's security systems or software processes
• Fraudulently operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses
• Any form of threatening or abusive behaviour on the platform

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, the account will be suspended or permanently closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.

9.1 Suspension by Administration

24 takabet may immediately suspend or close any account due to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal obligations. In such cases, the user will be informed of the reason and will have the opportunity to appeal.

9.2 Closure by User

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed; however, any bonus balance for which wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 months or more. In this case, contact the support team to reactivate the account.

The 24 takabet platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 24 takabet is not liable for any financial or other losses resulting from service interruptions caused by internet connection issues, third-party software errors, or unforeseen circumstances.

12.1 Right to Amend

12.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming guidelines together form the entire agreement between 24 takabet and the user. No other oral or written commitments outside of these documents shall form part of this agreement.
